I agree that MONEY and MUSIC are intertwined.....or is that inter-twained? .....
However.....your comment about 'Country Music' belies your obvious LOVE of MUSIC.
Today's COUNTRY STARS...especially the 'singer/songwriters'...and some who rely upon others to pen the lyrics ...include some of the best and brightest poets of any generation.
I will mention a few who REALLY KNOW HOW TO WRITE....and PERFORM ...and TOUCH THE HEARTS & MINDS of their fans...and EVERYBODY.

So ...I know it is a lot of effort to explore another genre....(I am trying to 'catch-up' over at the 'House of Blues' side of the dial....and have found some mighty fine stuff) ...but ...anyone who takes the time to really LISTEN ...will find 'Today's Country' is populated by many many many poets of concience ...and ...if someone spends a hundred hours listening and reading ...and still doesn't care for it ...then ...all I can say..is 'Thanks for Listening'.
However ...if someone just 'doesn't get it' ...and holds uniformed views without at least 'tuning in'...then ...I'll close with Don Henley's Famous Words To Live & Listen by:
